Refund Policy

Our main priority is for you to be satisfied with the purchase, and we will take every step to attain that objective. If you are still looking for a product purchased on our site, we will gladly accept returns and offer the option of replacement by our terms of service and the conditions.

Please be aware that refunds are not provided for completed services. If we don’t receive returns, they won’t be eligible for replacement. Additionally, please understand that shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable too.

Our Acceptable Return Conditions

We will accept product returns as replacements if these conditions are satisfied:

  1. If You Received Incorrect Order: If the items you’ve received are significantly different from the items you purchased (e.g. an incorrect brand or customization).

  2. If You Find any Damage Issue: If the product you received is damaged, your order will either be returned or replaced. All claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of proofs. It is mandatory to get your order opened when you receive it and inform us as soon as you notice there’s damage. If no claim for damage is made within 48 hours of delivery, no action will be taken.

  3. Under Supply Of Products: If, for any reason, we cannot supply a specific item, e.g., less than the quantity you ordered, Please notify us within 48 hours of the purchase’s arrival to ensure that we can provide additional units to fulfill the order.

Our Refund Policy

If your Smart vCard is damaged or scratched, it could be qualified to receive a replacement. We provide replacements for damaged Smart vCard with a photo of the proof up to 48hrs after receiving it. If the Smart vCard doesn’t stick well to a phone case or case and you cannot use it, you could be eligible for a replacement Smart vCard and not a refund if you’re having difficulty activating your Smart vCard or connecting it to compatible phones and would like to ask for a replacement or a refund Contact our support team at [email protected]. Most of the time, problems can be solved with valuable tips from the team!

If you’ve successfully activated your Smart vCard but have issues with popping on the device you want to use after you’ve reached out to [email protected] If you’re experiencing issues with your Smart vCard, you could be eligible to get a refund. If you are accepted for a refund, we’ll notify you via email that we’ve refunded your purchase. The refund will be processed, and credit be transferred to your credit card within 2-4 days.

Warranty We Provide

If your Smart vCard is damaged or loses its adhesive in the initial 30 days following the time your order was declared delivered, you’re qualified for a free replacement.

Special Warranty For Pro Member

After 30 days, when your Smart vCard was marked as delivered, you’re eligible for a free replacement if your Smart vCard gets damaged or lost. Contact [email protected] to get assistance with this.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you’re not receiving a refund, make sure you check your bank account. If you contact the credit card company you used to use and it could take some time before the refund is received. The next step is to contact your bank. There may be some processing time required before the money is credited.

Only Products with regular prices can be refundable (if appropriate). Unfortunately, sale products cannot be returned.

On Products Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

On Products Shipping

We do not accept returns on Product shipping, so no shipping info is required.
